At FROHMAN.US, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and limited-production nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final upon purchase. We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selections, preference changes, or accidental purchases.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and customization details carefully before completing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

All claims will be reviewed by our quality assurance team.

EXCHANGES

Once a manufacturing defect or shipping damage has been verified by FROHMAN.US, we may authorize an exchange for the same item, size, and design originally purchased.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

FROHMAN.US reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for an exchange based on the evidence provided.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to FROHMAN.US.

To simplify the process, FROHMAN.US will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional service charge. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from any store credit issued or otherwise remains the responsibility of the customer.

Returned merchandise must be shipped using the provided return label unless otherwise authorized.

STORE CREDIT

Where applicable and at the sole discretion of FROHMAN.US, approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Exchange for the same product

  • Store credit equal to the purchase price of the approved item

Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward future purchases on FROHMAN.US.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited edition products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

SHIPPING ISSUES

FROHMAN.US is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
