FROHMAN.US SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with FROHMAN.US. We appreciate your support of our mission and ministry. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are reviewed and prepared for production after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are typically submitted to production within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high-volume sales events may require additional processing time.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been placed and a separate notification when their order has shipped.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many FROHMAN.US products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is received.

Because of this process:

  • Production times may vary.

  • Inventory availability may change without notice.

  • Minor variations in print placement, color appearance, and garment sizing may occur.

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

After production is completed, shipping times generally vary based on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

FROHMAN.US reserves the right to select the shipping carrier that best serves each order.

Carriers may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other qualified shipping providers

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

FROHMAN.US is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Packages delivered to the address entered during checkout

  • Delays caused by address verification issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear in the carrier's system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

FROHMAN.US is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Delivery exceptions

  • Customs delays

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating packages when possible.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the shipping package

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government-imposed fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless specifically stated during checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

FROHMAN.US reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions, countries, territories, or addresses at any time without prior notice.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders enter production shortly after purchase, requests to cancel or modify an order cannot be guaranteed.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
